The Grey Grumble is a product of love born out of one little girl’s affinity for all things wrinkly and weird. We adopted our first pug, Wilbur, in 2018. Since then, our family has been continually amazed at the amount of joy that pugs can bring. They are the perfect companion pet, desiring to be as close to their people as possible. And their silly little faces cannot help but bring a smile to all who look at them. Even their labored breathing has become sweet music to our ears.
While pugs may be irresistible to most people, they come with unique needs and health concerns. Older pugs, specifically, can often have special needs that many owners are unable to keep up with, making it difficult to find a new home. The Grey Grumble is a place for senior pugs to enjoy their twilight years in comfort and with all of the special care that they need and the love, respect, and dignity that they deserve.
